Angie Mezzetti is an award winning broadcaster and producer and Managing Director of Ocarina Productions. Angie makes programmes about the arts, human interest, health and women’s issues and has produced four BAI Funded documentaries. Three were for Newstalk106-108fm including ‘Leading Women’ and ‘Banking on Women’. Leading women looked at the barriers that get in the way of women’s leadership. ‘Banking on Women’ asked if one of the reasons for Ireland’s Banking crises was the absence of women in senior leadership positions in the banks. Angie also produces the Women In Leadership podcast interviews with women who are leaders in a wide variety of fields. In the NewYork Festival’s Radio Awards 2017, her arts and culture documentary of ‘Mrs Findlay’s Broadwood Square Piano’ for RTE Lyricfm also BAI Funded, was a finalist. Angie also produced Dante’s Paradiso recorded live readings in Trinity College Chapel. In production ‘I Hear A Sound’ for Newstalk a radio documentary about people getting their hearing restored through Cochlear Implant in Beaumont Hospital.
